By using Aral (aral.bayanko.ph), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Service Description

Aral provides MATATAG-aligned teaching and learning materials for the Philippine K–12 education system. Materials include Lesson Exemplars, Daily Lesson Logs, Detailed Lesson Plans, study notes, and related educational resources.

2. Accounts

You may browse materials without an account, but downloading requires registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions cost PHP 150 per month, billed monthly.
• Payment is processed through PayMongo (GCash, Maya, or credit/debit card).
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Free users may download up to 3 PDF files per day. Subscribers may download up to 25 files per day, including editable DOCX formats.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.

5. Acceptable Use

Materials downloaded from Aral are for personal and classroom use only. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share downloaded materials publicly
• Upload materials to other websites or platforms
• Use automated tools to mass-download content
• Remove or alter copyright notices or attributions
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Teachers may print and distribute materials within their own classroom. Sharing editable files with other teachers or schools is not permitted without a separate institutional arrangement.

6. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, study notes, and content on Aral are protected by copyright. The platform design, branding, and code are owned by Aral. DepEd curriculum frameworks and MELCs referenced in our materials are the property of the Department of Education, Republic of the Philippines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aral provides materials on an “as is” basis. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all materials are error-free or perfectly aligned with the latest DepEd updates. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our materials.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly those involved in redistribution, automated scraping, or abuse of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
